Your people are dealing with a lot - and you need them showing up at their best
They’re stressed, tired, and edging toward burnout – struggling to consistently show up and perform at their best. The cost is real: lower engagement, more paid time off, declining morale, and weaker retention. Mental wellness is for everyone, but EAPs and reactive care aren’t – especially for leaders and high performers craving a fresh, relevant approach built for them. That’s where Lyceum comes in: proactively strengthening mental wellbeing and leadership growth. And it works – participants show measurable improvements, validated by before-and-after surveys (typical improvements per participant).

-
Cost-Effective – A fraction of the price of therapy, executive coaching, or traditional leadership training, with benefits that ripple across both work and life.
-
Proactive, Not Reactive – We’re not here to fix problems after the fact – we’re about building strength before stress becomes burnout. A powerful alternative to traditional solutions that often feel heavy, clinical, or short-lived. Not therapy, good to great.
-
Community of Peers – A group environment with like-minded people who get it, creating energy, connection, and real accountability, with no judgment.

Live-Online Workouts,
One Hour a Week
Focused Topics | Expert Guidance | Peer Accountability
Lyceum's approach blends proactive mental wellness with authentic leadership development and real, human connection in a safe, inclusive, like-minded group environment.
For organizations and individuals
How it Works
01
For one-hour a week, participants join their cohort and trainer live-online for their mental workout. Up to 25 people in each group.
02
Each week is a fresh mental reset featuring a new, relatable topic designed to stretch their thinking, engage in meaningful discussion, explore fresh perspectives, and help them show up at their best with confidence and authenticity – together with peers who get it.
03
Each science-backed workout builds on the previous one creating a compounding effect of making manageable micro-improvements that turn insights into lasting habits – with guided practice, peer accountability, and consistency.
04
Tools alone don’t drive results, it’s about integrating them into everyday life, building the right skills, and fostering a mindset that unlocks their potential. Every session includes practical ‘homework-implementation’ exercises, email summaries of key concepts, and a weekly video building momentum between workouts.

It's their necessary mental break from the noise of everyday life to focus on themselves, their well-being, and authentic leadership growth
Tools alone aren’t enough. Executive coaching can be costly, and apps leave you tackling challenges alone. Workshops, lunch n learns, and speakers might inspire, but what happens next? Lyceum turns insights into action through guided practice, community, peer accountability, and the consistency that drives real, sustainable results.
FAQ
Who is Lyceum for?
Lyceum is for forward thinking organizations and bright, aspirational, growth-driven people who know life is challenging and want to put in the effort to be better. Their mental health matters, and so does their personal and professional growth, so they're looking for a modern, relatable solution that helps them consistently show up at their personal “10.” They're working towards a better self, but lack the structure – guidance, accountability, community, and consistency – to translate their ‘theoretical’ learnings into real-life results. They're often your leaders, high potentials, and high-performers looking for a fun, relatable, science-backed process that helps them thrive at work and at home – building practical tools, skills, and habits that can be recalled whenever needed to thrive in any situation now and in the future.
When this may not be the right fit
Lyceum is not therapy or counseling for people experiencing a mental health crisis or who may require traditional approaches or reactive care. We're also not for organizations or individuals looking for a quick-fix (which doesn't work) a 'box-check', or who only care about performance but not about their people's well-being, personal potential, and quality of life at work and at home. And if you're looking for something dry, boring, or academic, that's just not us – sorry if that's what you were looking for.
Will my team be comfortable being in the same group together?
Remember, this isn’t a therapy session. We’re not digging into the past or asking people to talk about their personal struggles. While we're constantly improving our mental health, we actually don't talk that much about mental health. This is about growth and becoming the best versions of ourselves together. We’re looking forward, not backward, and the safe, inclusive, positive environment we create – with no judgment – is something people crave. Not only will your people feel comfortable, they'll build the trust and mutual respect that make thriving teams thrive. They’ll likely contribute and grow sooner than you’d think (you may even be surprised by who contributes too).
Can a leader and report be in the same group together?
Absolutely. In fact, we recommend it. There are no labels or titles in Lyceum. It’s an inclusive space building genuine trust, understanding, and mutual respect for each other – not just as coworkers, as human beings. Leaders and teammates who train together thrive together.
How many people in a group / cohort?
Up to 25 people in each session/cohort make for a great workout experience.
What if I/they don’t want to talk about personal stuff?
Nobody's ever pushed to share anything. If they want to contribute to the conversation, they raise their hand and share whatever they're comfortable sharing. If they just want to listen instead, no problem. Again, this is not a therapy session. We’re not diagnosing or managing crisis, and nobody will ever be expected to discuss anything they aren’t comfortable discussing. Our proactive (not reactive) approach means we're always looking forward, not backwards. No judgment, just growth.
Do we need to be on the same team?
While Lyceum connects teams and builds trust in a remarkable way, many organizations prefer leaders, managers, and high-performers from across the organization (different teams/departments) growing and connecting together. Whether cohorts are for specific levels (i.e. all directors, all Sr. managers, all VPs, etc.), across levels, or joining cohorts with high-performers from other organizations, Lyceum is a great fit for any forward-thinking organization who truly values their people's well-being, culture, performance, and authentic growth.
What if someone’s away or misses a class?
While we suggest prioritizing attendance each week, we also know life happens. After each workout we send an email with key concepts and integration exercises people can do on their own. We also share a short video summarizing the workout (and catching up if need be), and another one to start the week, so everyone’s ready to grow again next week.
We already have an EAP or internal development programs – how is this different?
Proactive wellness and reactive care are different approaches for different people. Reactive care for people in crisis – while important – is only relevant to a small percentage of your people’s situations, wants, and needs. Lyceum is for your growth-driven leaders and high-performers who need a modern, relevant solution designed to help them thrive. For development, while internal programs may gain some traction, many leaders we speak with admit they don't see the engagement or impact they're hoping for. Lyceum truly helps you move the needle for your people and organization.
How long does the process take?
Imagine going for a run, or eating a salad once, and declaring 'I'm healthy now!' Lyceum is not a quick fix, it's a process with consistency, guidance, accountability, and community. Check out our Workout Programs or Contact Us below to see which program is right for you. Mental health isn't a one-off, it's a lifestyle.
