Phase 1: Core Training (Foundations)
3 workout sprints - 90 days
DECISION MAKER: LEVEL "10"
The quality of our decision making – in any situation – can be the difference between average and showing up at our best. Discover your personal "X", build a growth mindset, challenge your default thinking, and grow as you practice making decisions as only your "10" self can.
COMMUNICATION – IT'S NOT PERSONAL
Stop reacting to people and situations emotionally, and start responding with intention, thinking objectively as the "10" version of yourself. Develop essential emotional intelligence while identifying personal triggers and mastering the art of honest, trust-building communication without taking anything personally.
OWNING RESILIENCE
The mental and emotional rollercoaster of modern work and life is a lot. Things change fast. Adversity happens. And sometimes you get knocked on your butt. Developing an ownership mindset – with essential and practical strategies for adapting and thriving through highs and lows at work and life – is the difference between being good and being great.

Phase 2: Strength and Conditioning (Growth)
3 workout sprints - 90 days
PURPOSE AND GRIT
Knowing what you want is great. Knowing why it matters so much is everything. Uncover the "why" required to lead at your best and develop the grit needed to persevere and succeed in achieving your goals no matter what work and life throw at you... and do it with integrity.
BALANCE AND BOUNDARIES
In today's go-go-go world, balance is harder to find than ever. While we know we need boundaries, knowing how to set them – and keep them – gives us the freedom and bandwidth we need to consistently show up, lead, and perform at our best.
THE OBJECTIVE OPTIMIST
It can be hard to keep a positive attitude when you're doom scrolling and the world feels like it's gone bananas. It's why having an optimistic mindset – maintaining a genuine sense of confidence and hope in successful outcomes and possibilities – has never been more important. It's not about pretending life's all sunshine and rainbows, it's learning to think objectively, see opportunities where others don't, take risks with confidence, and keep moving forward.
Phase 3: Endurance and Peak Performance (Mastery)
3 workout sprints - 90 days
SOCIAL COMPARISON AND THE AUTHENTIC EDGE
Feeling the pressure to keep up, measure up, and look good doing it? Wondering why other people look so happy and successful when you're still trying to figure it out? Struggling with authenticity or feeling impostor syndrome? It can feel like a lot. In the age of social media, constant comparison is all too common – and leads to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem – all limiting your personal potential. Being able to show up authentically – at work and at home – means better mental health, leading with confidence, and realizing your full potential.
THE EVERYDAY "10" – BUILDING HABITS THAT LAST
At work or at home, whether it's self-care, morning and evening routines, or changing a behaviour, building sustainable, manageable habits are key to showing up, feeling, and performing at your best. Rather than stopping, starting, and stopping again, when you develop the identity and mental habits of your "10" self, optimal physical habits become a normal part of everyday life.
THE COURAGE TO LEAD
Nobody wants to work for (or with) a 5, they want work for and with people who show up at their "10" and help them do the same. When leaders lead with vulnerability they build trust, mutual respect, and teams that go the extra mile. It's more than connecting as colleagues, it's feeling connected as people. While the idea of being vulnerable can seem hard, when done right, it actually feels easier. It's about embracing the impact you can have, the potential of you and your team, going after what you really want, and being human about it.
