How it Works

For one-hour a week, participants join their cohort and trainer live-online for their mental workout.

It’s not a therapy session it’s about being your best self. With a new, relatable topic each week, we challenge people to think, engage in meaningful discussion, explore new perspectives, connect, and grow.

Each science-backed workout builds on the previous one creating a compounding effect of making manageable micro-improvements that stick.

Simply having practical tools isn’t enough, it’s about integrating them into everyday life, building the right habits, and fostering a growth mindset that unlocks personal potential. Every session includes practical ‘homework’ exercises, email summaries of key concepts, and a weekly video building momentum between workouts.
